当前我国钢材市场供大于求的现象日益严重,在这一市场情况下,国内面临的市场压力是巨大的,钢材的销售状况不容乐观。为了改善钢铁企业的销售状况,很多企业采用了差异化的销售策略。本文针对我国材市场销售总体状况及存在的问题,提出基于钢铁企业的产品销售的价值链延伸战略,为钢材在生产成本、销售价格以及售后服务等方面提出一种差异化的销售策略,为钢铁企业的找到一条合适的销售模式。
