四川宜宾地区材料组成引起的裂缝及控制商品混凝土裂缝问题作为一个长期困扰商品混凝土搅拌站以及施工单位的质量通病,已不在是一个新鲜的课题,之前已有很多相关的文献进行过相关的研究。本文从多方面阐述裂缝的成因解决方法。针对商品混凝土裂缝主要是以搅拌站长期的生产实践为基础,从混凝土原材料及配合比的角度出发对混凝土非载荷裂缝的产生作出分析和探讨。 The crack caused by the material composition in Yibin area of ​​Sichuan and the problem of controlling the crack of commercial concrete are no longer a fresh topic as a common quality problem that long plagued commercial concrete mixing plants and construction units. There are many related literatures that have been studied before. This article explains the causes of cracks from many aspects. The crack of commercial concrete is mainly based on the long-term production practice of the mixing plant, and the generation of non-loaded concrete cracks is analyzed and discussed from the perspective of concrete raw materials and mixing ratio.
