半年前,在纪检监察机关“三转”工作中,江西省赣州市纪委监察局新设立了第六纪检监察室。刚从其他岗位转岗而来的负责人原本很为全室业务水平的提升担心,但是随着“五项制度”的出台,他开展工作的底气足了。“这些制度对我们来说就是难得的教科书、工具书。通过学习,我们强化了权限意识、底线意识和质量意识。”这是赣州市纪委监察局以制度促进纪律审查程序正义、实体公正和效能提升的一个缩影。
