20世纪80年代,我国图书馆界开始关注高校图书馆社会化服务问题,至今已有30余年的研究历程。30年来,中国图书馆行业乃至高校图书馆工作仍然没有一部权威性法典作为依据。在持续的研讨和实践中,面对图书馆人理念的进化和发展繁荣社会文化的强烈呼声,高校图书馆界不断做出反应。在政策指南方面:2002年修订的《普通高等学校图书馆规程》中对高校图书馆社会化服务提出指导性意见;2005年7月的《图书馆合作与信息资源共享武汉宣言》中对高校图书馆社会化服务有所承诺;2006年北京市第十二届人大四次会议的建议报告指出,高校图书馆应当突破传统的管理模式和服务方式,积极面向经济建设的主战场服务;2008年中国图书馆学会的
In the 1980s, the library community in our country began to pay attention to the social service of university libraries, and has more than 30 years of research history. In the past 30 years, the library industry in China and even university libraries still do not have an authoritative code as the basis. In the continuous research and practice, in the face of the evolution of the concept of library people and the strong voice of developing and prospering social culture, the academic library community constantly responded.
