目的 :探讨白色念珠菌 (ID16V1)分泌物对人类多发性骨髓瘤细胞 (ARH - 77)的作用。方法 :荧光染色观察对照组和实验组细胞形态变化 ;FCM检测凋亡细胞百分率。结果 :荧光显微镜下观察到白色念珠菌分泌物处理组的凋亡细胞增多 ;FCM检测实验组凋亡细胞百分率上升。结论 :白色念珠菌分泌物能促进ARH - 77细胞凋亡。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Candida albicans (ID16V1) secretion on human multiple myeloma cells (ARH - 77). Methods: Fluorescent staining was used to observe the morphological changes of cells in control and experimental groups. The percentage of apoptotic cells was detected by FCM. Results: Apoptotic cells were observed in the Candida albicans secretion group under fluorescence microscope. The percentage of apoptotic cells in FCM assay group was increased. Conclusion: Candida albicans secretion can promote the apoptosis of ARH - 77 cells.
