抗菌优为广谱抗菌药,经济且使用方便,多年来一直延用。但有部分人服用后易产生不良反应,如结晶尿、血尿、过敏反应等,因此使用应慎重。我们皮肤科于99年3月14日收治一例产妇在产后第四天口服抗菌优致新生儿多形红斑的患儿,现将护理过程报告如下。1.病例介绍 患儿,男八天,其母亲产后第四天口服抗菌优(共服五天),二天后婴儿下肢出现少量红斑并渐渐增多;四天后遍及全身且出现水疱、脓水、以外生殖器严重,伴纳差,哭闹,无发热呕吐腹泻等,以多形红斑收住院。
