学校特色育人是学生个性化发展的前提条件。“三三三”主体性育人模式通过“三个主题”“三个参与”“三个自主”强化学生主体意识,促进学生自我完善,彰显学校的育人特色。该模式抓住课堂教学、校园文化、校内外资源,层层扩展,强化道德渗透;引导学生广泛参与学校决策、监督和评价,增强育人工作的针对性和实效性;而自主学习、自主管理和自主活动则是主体性教育尊重学生、尊重生命的鲜活体现。
