文章主要运用问卷调查法,对新疆北疆城市中学体育隐蔽课程的精神文化要素内容进行调查分析,研究结果表明:体育教师的个性、品质对学生的发展影响较大,体现了体育隐蔽课程的功能;大多数学生认为体育教师在教学中的言语、表情对自身体育学习比较有帮助;教师的教学领导方式、工作作风影响学生的个性品质的发展;学生希望体育教师在教学中采用民主的教学指导方式。
The article mainly uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate and analyze the content of spiritual and cultural elements of sports hidden curriculum in Beijiang Urban Middle School in Xinjiang. The results show that the personality and quality of physical education teachers have a great influence on the development of students, which reflects the function of physical education hidden curriculum ; Most of the students think that the physical education teacher’s language and expression in teaching are more helpful to their own sports study; the teacher’s teaching style of leadership and work style affect the development of individual’s personality; and the students hope that the PE teachers can use the democratic teaching guidance in the teaching the way.
