随着我国建筑事业的快速发展,在经济效益与市场竞争的促使下,施工成本管理日益受到企业的重视。企业要想提高市场竞争力与经济效益,对于施工成本的管理,应做好事前预测、事中控制和事后分析等职能工作,切实将成本管理和成本控制落实的实处,以此保证企业目标的实现。基于此,本文结合笔者自身所学与实践经验,以及对相关文献的学习,以我国建筑施工企业成本管理现状为依据,对于问题进行简要分析,并有针对性的提出管理对策,具有一定的参考性,盼为读者学习。
With the rapid development of China’s construction industry, driven by economic efficiency and market competition, construction cost management has been increasingly valued by enterprises.
