自2010年新修订保密法颁布以来,军工单位针对定密工作进行了一系列相关探索,但仍存在漏定密、定密不准等问题。本文从优化定密工作组织机构、建设定密责任体系、指定定密责任人准入条件、制定保密范围细目、确立涉密项目信息全范围管理制度、营造定密工作环境与氛围、开展信息化管理等角度,提出完善军工单位定密工作的措施和建议,以期提高军工单位的定密工作水平。
