[目的]了解某集成电路制造公司一线员工的工作倦怠状况。[方法]采用M aslach工作倦怠通用量表改进版(MB I-GS),对406名某集成电路制造公司一线员工进行问卷测量。[结果]被调查人群工作倦怠的情感衰竭维度>3分者占53.1%;玩世不恭维度>3分者占37.4%;成就感降低维度>3分者占21.1%。工作倦怠水平在年龄、教育程度、婚姻因素上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),工作倦怠水平与工作年限呈正相关。[结论]某集成电路制造公司一线员工在情绪衰竭维度上存在较强的工作倦怠,在玩世不恭和个人成就感降低维度上尚不构成工作倦怠。
[Objective] To understand the job burnout of front-line workers in an integrated circuit manufacturing company. [Methods] The MB I-GS of M aslach Burnout Scale was used to measure 406 questionnaires from front-line staff of an integrated circuit manufacturing company. [Results] The emotional exhaustion dimension of job burnout of the surveyed population was 53.1% with 3 points, 37.4% with cynical dimension> 3 points and 21.1% with the sense of accomplishment reduced by 3 points. The level of job burnout had no significant difference in age, education level and marital status (P> 0.05). The level of job burnout was positively correlated with the length of service life. [Conclusion] The frontline employees of an integrated circuit manufacturing company have strong burnout in the emotional exhaustion dimension, and job burnout has not yet formed in the cynical and personal sense of accomplishment reduction.
