物流产业随着经济的发展日新月异,快递企业的数量不断的增加,在激烈的市场竞争中,每个快递企业都在为扩大自身的市场规模而不断改善自己,因此提高自身的竞争力成为了当前快递企业经营管理活动的重中之重,加强对服务营销策略的研究,也有利于增强快递企业的经营能力。本文通过借鉴国内外先进的物流企业服务营销策略的分析,对韵达快递的服务营销的问题、现状进行了分析,进而对韵达快递的服务营销策略进行了分析,最后给出了具体的保障措施。希望通过本文的研究,能为韵达快递的发展提供有价值的借鉴。 Logistics industry With the ever-changing economic development, the number of express delivery companies continues to increase.
