钴的测定通常利用Co(Ⅲ)与一些有机试剂形成惰性络合物的性质以提高方法的选择性。如吡啶偶氮化合物PAN、PAR与5-Cl-PADAP等已用于钴的分光光度测定。但噻唑偶氮化合物与钴的反应研究较少。本文研究了噻唑偶氮二乙基氨基酚(简称TADAP)在Triton X-100存在下与钴的显色反应。实验证明:钴(Ⅱ)与TADAP形成的络合物经加热煮沸后也具有惰性,不被EDTA或强酸分解。因此,反应的选择性较高,也是测定钴的灵敏试剂。并用于天然水中微量钴的测,获得较研结果。
The determination of cobalt usually utilizes the nature of Co (III) to form inert complexes with some organic reagents to increase the selectivity of the process. Such as pyridine azo compounds PAN, PAR and 5-Cl-PADAP, etc. have been used for the spectrophotometric determination of cobalt. However, the reaction of thiazole azo compounds with cobalt is less studied. In this paper, the color reaction of thiazolylazo-diethylaminophenol (TADAP) with cobalt in the presence of Triton X-100 was studied. Experiments show that: cobalt (Ⅱ) and TADAP complexes formed by boiling after heating is also inert, not EDTA or strong acid decomposition. Therefore, the selectivity of the reaction is high, and it is also a sensitive reagent for the determination of cobalt. And for the determination of trace amounts of cobalt in natural water to obtain comparative research results.
