针对汽车油耗间接测试法和直接测试法存在的不足,基于超声波技术和单片机控制技术,根据时差法超声波流量测试原理,构建汽车油耗测试数学计算模型。超声波流量传感器基于声时和几何参数测试燃油流量,采用扩展卡尔曼滤波法计算声时;利用三维坐标法测算超声波流量传感器的几何参数,进行了几何参数计算误差分析与修正。最后,对采用有限数量声路速度信息计算得到的流量误差进行了积分修正和校准。分析结果表明:该方法可为优化油耗测试数学模型、提高汽车油耗测试精度提供理论依据。
According to the shortcomings of indirect test method and direct test method of automobile fuel consumption, based on ultrasonic technology and SCM control technology, mathematical model of automobile fuel consumption test is constructed according to ultrasonic flow test principle of jet lag method. The ultrasonic flow sensor tests the fuel flow based on the acoustic time and the geometric parameters, and calculates the acoustic time by the extended Kalman filter. The geometrical parameters of the ultrasonic flow sensor are measured by the three-dimensional coordinate method, and the error analysis and correction of the geometrical parameter calculation are carried out. Finally, the flow error calculated by using a limited number of path velocity information is corrected and calibrated. The analysis results show that this method can provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the mathematical model of fuel consumption test and improving the fuel consumption test accuracy.
