自古以来,羊肚菌(Morchella spp.)在许多国家中都是人们所喜爱的食用菌。人们很早就想栽培羊肚菌供食用,但是至今还没有研究出商业栽培的方法。我在查谟和克什米尔调查期间,找到了五种羊肚菌。然而,有一种倾向,认为本属没有那么多种。现已知道,羊肚菌对营养条件的反应、培养特征和组织结构,对于羊肚菌属中种的划分是很有参考价值的。现将八株羊肚菌的培养特征报导如下: 材料和方法 (一)研究用的菌株:尖顶羊肚菌(Morchellaconica),小羊肚菌(M.deliciosa),杂种羊肚菌(M.hybrida),羊肚菌(M.esculenta),小顶羊肚菌(黑
Morchella spp. Has been a favorite edible mushroom in many countries since ancient times. It was long ago that people wanted to cultivate Morchella for consumption, but so far no commercial cultivation methods have been developed. During my investigation in Jammu and Kashmir, I found five morels. However, there is a tendency to consider this genus not so many. It is now known that Morchella response to nutritional conditions, culture characteristics and organizational structure for the classification of morel species is of great reference value. Now eight strains of Morchella cultivation characteristics are reported as follows: Materials and methods (a) the study strains: Morchellacones (Morchellaconica), Morchella (M.deliciosa), hybrids morel (M.hybrida ), M. esculenta, Morinda officinalis (black
