基于可靠性理论及工程结构可靠度设计统一标准的规定,采用层次分析法对城市混凝土桥梁结构安全性参数的综合检测和计算结果进行分析,建立了一种城市桥梁结构损伤安全性评估的新方法。以蕉门桥技术状况的评定为例,采用层次分析法将城市桥梁安全性评估按构件、子单元和评估单元分为三个层次,每一层次分为四个等级,依据各构件的破损状况采用合理的评分标准评级,并由桥梁各构件的相对重要性确定权重,从而得出桥梁技术状况的综合评判结果。
