陈仁麒(1913-1994),福建龙岩汪洋村人。1930年参加中国工农红军。1931年加入中国共产主义青年团,1932年转入中国共产党。中华人民共和国成立后,先后担任中国人民解放军第二十一兵团政治委员、海南军区第二政治委员、广州军区政治部主任、炮兵政治委员、成都军区第二政治委员。1955年9月被授予中将军衔,荣获二级八一
Chen Renqi (1913-1994), Fujian Longyan Wang Yang village. In 1930 to participate in the Red Army of Chinese workers and peasants.
