在φ250mm的粉末轧机上研究了轧制铁粉时接触角对带材厚度和密度的影响。阐述了接触角的临界值在不同轧制条件下对带材厚度,密度的作用所表现的一致性和差异性。又提出了当α_1≠α_2时,小接触角α_1主要起控制带材性能作用,大接触角α_2主要起输送粉末作用。并指出:当量接触角α_d与α_1,α_2的关系式:α_d=α_1+K(α_2-α_1),当α_1=10°~20°时,系数K=0.023~0.253。此结果在使用流动性较差的粉末,轧制孔隙度高和较薄的带材时,获得了良好的应用。
The effect of the contact angle on the strip thickness and density was investigated in a φ250mm powder mill. The consistency and difference of the contact angle critical value under different rolling conditions on the effect of strip thickness and density are described. It is also proposed that when α_1 ≠ α_2, the small contact angle α_1 mainly plays the role of controlling the strip performance, and the large contact angle α_2 mainly acts as the conveying powder. It is pointed out that the relationship between the equivalent contact angle α_d and α_1, α_2 is α_d = α_1 + K (α_2-α_1). When α_1 = 10 ° ~ 20 °, the coefficient K is 0.023 ~ 0.253. This result has been well used when using less fluid powders, rolling high porosity and thin strips.
