产后膀胱有尿而不能自解者，称产后尿潴留。它是妇产科常见的并发症，也是造成产后出血的重要因索之一。我们对22例产后尿潴留患者采用口服柳树叶解除产后尿潴留，收到满意的效果，现介绍如下。

We have 22 cases of postpartum urinary retention patients using oral willow leaves to relieve postpartum urinary retention, received satisfactory results, are presented below.
