目的:探讨骨科临床护理当中采取康复锻炼的应用价值。方法:选取2013年2月-2013年8月在临沧市人民医院接收的1046例骨折患者,对1046例骨折患者手术以后在临床护理人员的指导之下进行1~8周的康复训练,对康复锻炼以后的干预效果给予分析研究。结果:在1046例骨折患者当中,完全没有肢体障碍的患者共有1005例,占总体的96.08%;轻度障碍的患者共有41例,占总体的3.92%。临床跟踪随访12个月,患者康复状况良好,患病部位没有恶化。结论:在骨科护理康复锻炼当中,一定要注重心理护理,按照相关要求正确指导患者进行关节以及肌肉的康复锻炼,使患者健康生活质量得到保障。
Objective: To explore the value of rehabilitation exercise in orthopedic clinical nursing. Methods: A total of 1046 patients with fractures received in Lincang People's Hospital from February 2013 to August 2013 were enrolled in this study. A total of 1046 patients with fractures were recruited for rehabilitation from 1 to 8 weeks after surgery under the guidance of clinical nurses. After rehabilitation exercise to give the effect of intervention analysis. Results: Of the 1046 fractured patients, there were 1005 patients without any physical disorder, accounting for 96.08% of the total; 41 patients with mild dysfunction accounted for 3.92% of the total. Clinical follow-up of 12 months, the patient recovered well, the affected part did not deteriorate. Conclusion: In the orthopedic nursing rehabilitation exercise, we must pay attention to psychological care, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the correct guidance of patients with joint and muscle rehabilitation exercise, so that patients with healthy quality of life be protected.
