近年来,国家和权利人都很重视作品的输出,但我国影视作品在海外传播的情况却难尽如人意,在北美票房的收入甚至还出现了下滑。对于导致此种现状的原因,观众、业者、外国片商各有各的说法。笔者认为,版权保护观念的淡薄导致的创作环境不佳是最为重要的原因之一。笔者试图从以下几个方面谈谈自己的想法。 In recent years, the state and the right holders attach great importance to the output of their works.
