用盲肠结扎穿孔法观察了大鼠脓毒性休克模型血循环中TNF和Cor的动态变化以及关系,结果表明:CLP后4h血FNF和Cor均升高,Cor的高峰出现在12h,而TNF于18h为峰值,此后两者均下降,24h后实验组Cor低于对照组是低Cor血症,而且模型死亡数明显升高.
The cecal ligation and perforation method was used to observe the dynamic changes of TNF and Cor in the septic shock model of rats. The results showed that FNF and Cor increased 4 h after CLP, Cor peak peaked at 12 h and TNF at 18 h Peak, then both decreased after 24 hours Cor group was lower than the control group Cor coronavirus, and the model significantly increased the number of deaths.
