在“大众创业,万众创新”背景下,创客是创新创业的新势力。创客对于东莞借势创新实现产业转型升级具有深刻意义。东莞市创客区域融合层次有待提升,差异化布局有待优化。创客的发展不仅是创客精神驱动与市场机制主导的结果,政府也应为创客的发展保驾护航。政府的角色是整合资源,统筹布局,优化创客差异化发展路径,提高创客与区域融合的层次,形成更具长远利益的创新创业发展格局;其次,政府要实行动态监督管理,保证政策有效落实,推动创客的可持续发展,营造良好的创新创业环境。
