[方法]通过对吸附剂、填料、润湿剂、分散剂、黏合剂进行筛选组合。[结果]根据相应配方的性能,探索了25%抗倒酯水分散粒剂的配方组成:抗倒酯25%(折百)、白炭黑26%、Morwet-EFW 4%、木质素磺酸钠3%、Morwet-D425或YUS-207K 3%、氯化钾3%、阿拉伯胶0.5%、玉米淀粉+高岭土AG-T(质量比1∶2)补足100%。[结论]配方经热贮稳定性检测,有效成分的分解率小于1.6%,悬浮率达80%,润湿时间小于10 s,崩解时间不超过30 s。
[Method] The adsorbent, filler, wetting agent, dispersant and binder were screened and combined. [Result] According to the performance of the corresponding formula, the formulation of 25% trinextraction dispersible granule was explored. The composition of trichloroacetic ester was 25%, white carbon 26%, Morwet-EFW 4% Sodium 3%, Morwet-D425 or YUS-207K 3%, potassium chloride 3%, gum arabic 0.5%, corn starch + kaolin AG-T (mass ratio 1: 2). [Conclusion] The formula was tested by heat storage stability, the decomposition rate of active ingredient was less than 1.6%, the suspension rate was 80%, the wetting time was less than 10s and the disintegration time was less than 30s.
