本文对单色光沿平行于光栅栅线的入射面入射时的衍射效应进行了实验研究和理论分析。结果表明,衍射光组成一个以γ射点为顶点,以法线为轴线的圆锥面,随着入射角的增大,衍射级次相应减少。
In this paper, the diffraction effect of monochromatic light incident on the incidence plane parallel to the grid line is experimentally studied and theoretically analyzed. The results show that the diffracted light forms a conical surface with the γ-ray as the peak and the normal as the axis. As the incident angle increases, the diffraction order decreases.
