通过对企业的走访、调查、校企恳谈会等。我们发现现代企业对用人的标准提出新的要求,除了学生必备的“一技之长”外,更关注的是他们的职业素养。为此职业学校的育人目标必须与企业需求相适应,随市场的驱动作出调整和转变。中职校的班主任是这一“调整和转变”的第一承载者。围绕着对学生职业素养的提高,在班级管理中我们进行着积极而有益的尝试。
Through visits to enterprises, surveys, school-enterprise meetings and so on. We found that modern enterprises put forward new requirements on the standards of employers. Apart from the essential skills of students, they pay more attention to their professional accomplishments. To this end, the goal of educating vocational schools must be adapted to the needs of enterprises and be adjusted and transformed with the drive of the market. The teacher in secondary vocational school is the first carrier of this “adjustment and change”. Around the improvement of the professionalism of students, we carry out positive and beneficial attempts in class management.
