方法 除采用传统的头影测量方法外 ,还采用一种新的、稳定的头颅参照系统来评价前方牵引结合RME对骨性Ⅲ类错牙合矫治后软组织的改变情况。结果 ①治疗后软组织自身的形态、结构变化较小 ,但其空间位置发生显著变化。这可能主要是由于其被覆的硬组织的空间位置发生变化所致 ,从而使软组织侧貌得到改善。②硬组织的变化与软组织变化密切相关 ,但软组织自身的一些因素决定了改善的最终程度。③上唇及颏区对硬组织的变化较敏感 ,而下唇则反应迟钝
Methods In addition to using the traditional cephalometric method, a new, stable head reference system was also used to evaluate the changes of soft tissue in skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion treated with anterior traction combined with RME. Results ① After treatment, the changes of soft tissue morphology and structure were minor, but the spatial position of soft tissue changed significantly. This may be mainly due to changes in the spatial location of the hard tissue it covers, resulting in improved soft tissue profile. ② The change of hard tissue is closely related to the change of soft tissue, but some factors of soft tissue determine the final degree of improvement. ③ upper lip and chin area is more sensitive to changes in the hard tissue, while the lower lip is unresponsive
