面对大教育观的现行教学环境,学校教育管理层对基础教学学科关注缺失。本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法对现行小学数学教学人员的具体外界环境进行解读,并提出小学教学人员教学思维的转变和执教观念提升的具体路径。
In the face of the current teaching environment of the great education concept, the school education management lacks attention to the basic teaching disciplines. In this paper, we analyze the specific external environment of current primary school mathematics teaching staff through the method of literature materials and logic analysis, and propose the change of primary school teaching staff’s teaching thinking and the concrete way of promoting the concept of teaching.
