在土壤栽培和水培条件下,利用15N示踪法研究了1、3、4年生西洋参吸收利用NH4+和NO3-及其在植株体内的分布。结果表明:水培条件下西洋参从芽苞萌动到叶片展开即可吸收肥料N,并表现出喜铵现象,两种栽培条件下,植株对NH4+的吸收量比对NO3-的吸收可高出1倍以上,而且此时肥料N在茎叶中的分布高于在根中的分布;在根生长时期,植株对两种形态的肥料N均能很好地吸收利用,此时肥料N在根中的分布高于在茎叶中的分布。土培西洋参植株当年吸收的总N量80%以上来自土壤,5%左右来自肥料,其余由母根供给,因此,培肥土壤和培育壮根是提高西洋参产量和质量的重要途径。
In the soil culture and hydroponic culture conditions, the 15N tracing method was used to study the uptake and utilization of NH4 + and NO3- in Panax quinquefolium L. and their distributions in plants. The results showed that Panax quinquefolius could absorb fertilizer N under the hydroponic conditions and germinated like leaves, and showed a hi ammonium phenomenon.
