心脏起搏原理

自律性是心肌细胞的一个基本生理特性。生理情况下起搏活动仅见于心脏传导系统,主要见于窦房结和浦肯野细胞;病理条件下起搏活动可发生于任何心肌细胞。近年来由于电压钳制(voltage clamp)术不断改进和注意避免了技术误差,对心肌细胞跨膜离子流的研究有了很大的进展,对心脏起搏原理的认识也有了很大的改进。 Self-discipline is a cardiomyocyte of a basic physiological characteristics. Physiological pacing activity is found only in the cardiac conduction system, mainly seen in the sinus node and Purkinje cells; pacing in pathological conditions can occur in any myocardial cells. In recent years, due to the continuous improvement of voltage clamp technique and the avoidance of technical errors, much progress has been made in the study of transmembrane ion fluxes in cardiomyocytes, and the understanding of cardiac pacing principles has also been greatly improved.
