我厂发电机车间自行设计制造的315吨闭式自动送料机已正式投入使用。这台送料机可用于冲制片距为230毫米、弦长550毫米的大型冲片。送料机由以下几部分构成(见图): 1.吸料系统:由放料架、吸料架、升降机构、直线电机、真空泵等组成。 2.推料系统:由推料架、推料往复机构组成。 3.步进送料系统:由杠杆滑道机构、倍增放大器、前辊开放机构、后辊快速排废料机构、前后辊顺向同步进料机构等组成。 315 tons of closed automatic feeder, designed and manufactured by our generator workshop, has been put into use. This feeder is used to punch large blanks with a distance of 230 mm and a chord length of 550 mm. Feeding machine consists of the following parts (see photo): 1. Suction system: the discharge frame, suction frame, lifting mechanism, linear motor, vacuum pump and other components. 2. Pushing system: by pushing the rack, pushing material reciprocating agencies. 3. Step feeding system: by the lever chute mechanism, multiplier amplifier, the front roller open institutions, the rear row of fast waste discharge agencies, before and after the roll synchro feed institutions and other components.
