运用社会学习理论和领导替代理论,通过构建被中介的调节效应模型,对伦理领导、核心自我评价和员工受教育水平对职业成功的影响机制进行了研究。通过层次回归分析、Bootstrapping等研究方法对收集的285份有效问卷进行统计分析,并对提出的假设模型进行检验。研究结果表明:伦理领导对下属职业成功有显著正影响;核心自我评价在伦理领导与下属职业成功之间起到中介作用;在不同的员工受教育水平下,伦理领导对下属职业成功产生不同影响,且此影响以核心自我评价为中介。
By using social learning theory and leadership substitution theory, this paper studies the influence mechanism of ethical leadership, core self-evaluation and staff education level on career success through the construction of mediated mediation effect model. Through the hierarchical regression analysis, Bootstrapping and other research methods to collect 285 valid questionnaires for statistical analysis, and to test the proposed hypothesis model. The results show that: ethical leadership has a significant positive impact on subordinate career success; core self-evaluation plays an intermediary role between ethical leadership and subordinate career success; different levels of employee education, ethical leadership has a different impact on career success , And the impact of the core self-evaluation as an intermediary.
