由于潜在顾客与现实顾客存在着紧密的联系,因而一旦时机成熟,两者便相互转化。我们把潜在顾客转化为现实顾客这种情况,称之为有利于企业或组织生存与发展的正转化;而把现实顾客转化为潜在顾客这种情况,称之为不利于企业或组织生存与发展的负转化。企业只有在巩固现实顾客的基础之上,不断地挖掘与开发潜在顾客资源,实现潜在顾客向现实顾客的正转化,才能使企业获得可持续发展,也才能使企业得以长期盈利。
