本文阐述在井式渗碳炉上,以甲醇—煤油作滴注剂,采用红外线CO_2法及红外线CO_2—CH_4二元法控制炉气碳势技术的实验研究。根据研究结果及工业应用情况,比较了两种控制方法的特点。论述了CO_2一元控制法除自动控制炉气中CO_2在一定范围內以外,还要求有熟练的操作技术,注意调节甲醇与煤油的滴量比例,以保证炉气成份CO、H_2、CH_4的稳定性。该方法碳势控制范围以0.7~0.9%C最佳。若在高碳势下渗碳,因CH_4值增加与不稳定,碳势波动较大。而CO_2—CH_4二元控制碳势法,由于控制了炉气中的CO_2与CH_4值,因此比一元控制法更为合理,可控范围较宽,提高了碳势控制精度,是一个很好的控制方法。
In this paper, the experimental research on carbon potential of furnace gas controlled by infrared CO_2 method and infrared CO_2-CH_4 binary method is described in pit type carburizing furnace with methanol-kerosene as instillation agent.
