现行高校教师资格认定制度没有科学地反映高职院校的“职业”特征,制约了高职教育特色的形成和健康发展。为此,必须建立属于高职院校的教师资格认证制度,以体现具有独立模式和鲜明特征的高职院校教师队伍的特殊性。在此过程中,应从教育背景、高职理念、企业经历、专业知识、个人技能等方面考虑任职标准,抓好三个特殊群体的准入。
The current university teacher qualification system does not scientifically reflect the “occupation” characteristics of higher vocational colleges, which restricts the formation and healthy development of higher vocational education. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a teacher qualification certification system which belongs to higher vocational colleges in order to reflect the particularity of the contingent of teachers in vocational colleges with independent mode and distinctive characteristics. In this process, we should consider the standards of service from the aspects of educational background, higher vocational philosophy, business experience, professional knowledge and personal skills, and do a good job of admitting the three special groups.
