目的:了解红花等三种中药中砷、汞、铅的含量。方法:采用微波消解法消解中药材样品后,用原子荧光法测定其中的砷、汞、铅含量,并对测定方法进行了方法学考察。结果:对于所测元素,砷、汞、铅标准曲线的相关系数分别为0.99833、0.99987、0.99987;方法的线性范围为0.1μg/L~200μg/L。方法的RSD为2.6%~6.9%。加标回收率为88.0%~115.0%。利用该方法检测实验所用红花、甘草、贝母中砷、汞、铅含量均未超标。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确且灵敏度高,为中药材中重金属含量测定提供了较好的方法。
Objective: To understand the contents of arsenic, mercury and lead in three kinds of Chinese traditional medicines such as safflower. Methods: After microwave digestion was used to digest Chinese herbal medicine samples, the contents of arsenic, mercury and lead in the samples were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry and the methodological study was carried out. Results: The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of arsenic, mercury and lead were 0.99833,0.99987,0.99987 respectively for the tested elements. The linear range of the method was 0.1μg / L ~ 200μg / L. The RSD of the method is 2.6% ~ 6.9%. The spiked recoveries ranged from 88.0% to 115.0%. The contents of arsenic, mercury and lead in safflower, licorice, Fritillaria were not exceeded by this method. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, accurate and sensitive. It provides a good method for the determination of heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicines.
