临床试验表明,反应停(thalidomide)用于治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM),特别是难治性和复发性MM取得了良好的效果。反应停治疗MM的机制尚不十分清楚,它可能从以下几个方面发挥抗肿瘤活性:①抗血管增生;②调节细胞因子的表达;③调节粘附分子的表达;④调节淋巴细胞的活性;⑤对骨髓瘤细胞具有直接杀伤或促凋亡作用。加强反应停作用机制的研究十分必要。
Clinical trials have shown thalidomide to be effective in the treatment of multiple myeloma (MM), especially refractory and relapsed MM. The mechanism of response to treatment of MM is not yet clear, it may play antitumor activity from the following aspects: ① anti-angiogenesis; ② regulate the expression of cytokines; ③ regulate the expression of adhesion molecules; ④ regulate lymphocyte activity; ⑤ on myeloma cells have a direct anti-apoptosis or apoptosis. It is very necessary to study the mechanism of enhancing the response mechanism.
