内脂素是近年来新发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,广泛存在于人和小鼠的内脏脂肪组织中,其cDNA与前B细胞克隆增强因子相同。内脂素与腹型肥胖密切相关,并具有调节糖、脂代谢、参与炎性应答等多种作用,在动脉粥样硬化斑块的不稳定中也起着重要的作用。内脂素与冠心病、2型糖尿病的关系现已成为研究热点。内脂素与糖尿病、冠心病及其危险因素之间相关性的进一步研究可能为研究及治疗糖尿病、冠心病及相关性疾病提供新的思路和方法。
Flutin, a recently discovered adipocytokines, is widely present in visceral adipose tissue of both humans and mice and has the same cDNA as the pre-B cell clonality enhancer. Flutolysin and abdominal obesity are closely related, and has regulation of sugar, lipid metabolism, involved in a variety of inflammatory responses and other roles in the atherosclerotic plaque instability also plays an important role. The relationship between visfatin and coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes has become a hot research topic. Further study on the correlation between visfatin and diabetes, coronary heart disease and its risk factors may provide new ideas and methods for the study and treatment of diabetes, coronary heart disease and related diseases.
