This paper gives a detailed description of a case of intercultural communication between American and Indian people.The analysis elaborates possible reasons of the problem occurred in the case.Differences in cultures and values account for most of the problem and misunderstanding in intercultural communication.In this analysis,the paper explores the possible reasons of the problems occurred in the case by applying theories and principles concerning intercultural communication.
