对室温下辐射聚合制备的药物缓释系统进行了体内研究,家兔背部皮下埋植FT-207聚合体,用HPLC测定,结果显示FT-207聚合物埋植组1周后血清药物浓度为1μg/mL,其聚合体周围组织药物浓度达76±10.4μg/mL,而远隔器官较低(如肺脏仅1.2±0.5μg/mL)。与口服、静脉、腹腔给药等常规方式相比。证实采用常规给药方法血清药物浓度较高且持续时间短,包埋缓释药物血清浓度较低、持续时间较长。
The drug delivery system prepared by radiation polymerization at room temperature was studied in vivo. The FT-207 polymer was implanted subcutaneously in the rabbit’s back and measured by HPLC. The results showed that the concentration of the serum drug in the FT-207 polymer implant group was 1 μg after 1 week. /mL, the drug concentration in the surrounding tissue of the polymer reached 76±10.4 μg/mL, and distant organs were relatively low (eg only 1.2±0.5 μg/mL in the lung). Compared with conventional methods such as oral, intravenous, and intraperitoneal administration. It is confirmed that the conventional drug administration method has a high serum drug concentration and short duration, and the serum concentration of the sustained-release drug is low and the duration is long.
