钢板在轧制过程中易产生带状组织,而带状组织的形成降低了钢板的横向冲击性能,为了了解带状组织的形成原因,在实验基础上研究了两种成分钢的控制轧制和加速冷却工艺。结果表明:在采用未再结晶区大变形的控制轧制工艺时,必须采用加速冷却工艺来减小或消除带状组织。另外,采用Nb,Ti微合金化也是消除带状组织的有效手段。
