目的人参甘草药对有效组分配伍对酪氨酸酶活性抑制作用的比较。方法运用单因素考察的方法,制备不同比例人参甘草药对有效组分配伍样品,应用酪氨酸酶-抑制剂-96微孔板筛选模型,对体外抑制酪氨酸酶活性的IC50进行评价,考察它们对酪氨酸酶的影响。结果各组样品均具抑制酪氨酸酶活性的作用,其中有效组分人参总皂苷、甘草总黄酮配伍比例为1∶2时作用最佳(IC50=0.052 1 mg/ml)。结论人参甘草药对有效组分配伍时对抑制酪氨酸酶活性具有协同作用,为人参甘草药对在美白方面的作用提供了有力的科学依据。
Purpose To compare the inhibitory effect of ginseng and licorice root on tyrosinase activity by compatibility of effective components. Methods The single factor test method was used to prepare different proportion of ginseng liquorice active ingredients compatibility samples, tyrosinase-inhibitor-96 microplate screening model, in vitro inhibition of tyrosinase activity of IC50 were evaluated, Examine their impact on tyrosinase. Results The results showed that tyrosinase activity was inhibited in all the samples. The optimal combination of total ginsenosides and licorice flavonoids was 1: 2 (IC50 = 0.052 1 mg / ml). Conclusion Ginseng liquorice has a synergistic effect on the inhibition of tyrosinase activity when it is used in combination with effective components, providing a strong scientific basis for the role of ginseng liquorice on whitening.
