110kV景东变电站智能化改造工程是普洱供电局与云南电力研究院合作完成的云南电网公司科技项目,于2011年6月1日成功投运。国内首次实现基于三网合一(SMV+GOOSE+1588对时共网)的集中式保护测控系统,通过信息共享和功能的整合,消除专业之间的壁垒,为研究一次设备智能化、二次设备网络化、系统建模标准化、提升变电设备管理、运行管理智能化水平、实现统一管理和集约化经营进行研究与工程实践。
110kV Jingdong substation intelligent renovation project is Pu’er Power Supply Bureau and Yunnan Electric Power Research Institute completed the Yunnan Power Grid Corporation of Science and Technology project, on June 1, 2011 successfully put into operation. For the first time in China, a centralized protection monitoring and control system based on triple play (SMV + GOOSE + 1588) is adopted. Through the integration of information sharing and functions, the barrier between the professions is eliminated. In order to study a device intelligence, Equipment networking, standardization of system modeling, upgrading of substation equipment management, operation and management of intelligent level, to achieve unified management and intensive management of research and engineering practice.
