本文用溶胶—凝胶法在ITO导电玻璃上制备了WO3 薄膜 ,并在 1 5 0~5 0 0℃的空气环境中将薄膜进行了热处理 ,用SEM、XRD观察了薄膜的表面形貌 ,分析了薄膜的微观结构及热处理温度对薄膜的结构和电致色性质的影响 ,讨论了薄膜的致色机理。
In this paper, WO3 thin films were prepared on ITO conductive glass by sol-gel method. The films were heat-treated in air at 150 ~ 5000 ℃. The surface morphology of the films was observed by SEM and XRD. The effects of the microstructure of the film and the heat treatment temperature on the structure and electrochromic properties of the film were discussed. The mechanism of the induced color of the film was discussed.
