本文通过制作流程图的方法，以供电工程代建项目为例为例，对电力工程代建项目在在整个流程中的风险进行明确识别，力求达到对电力工程代建项目的所有风险做到整体认识，对代建项目风险的分配原则进行总结，就如何在合同中进行设计加以明确。
