直至目前对梗死后心肌硬化(PIC)尚无一致公认完全有效的治疗方法。最近有学者认为复方非必需氨基酸有氧化——还原、能量形成和抗氧化剂等作用,可用于冠心病,尤其 PIC 的治疗。本文报告作者用莫斯科生物制品生产联合会研制的复方非必需氨基酸(含谷氨酸、甘氨酸、半胱氨酸)制剂——MP-33对老年人 PIC 合并 I—ⅡA级心功能不全和心绞痛患者进行治疗的结果。对象与方法共选择40例 PIC 患者为研究对象,男16例,女24例,平均年龄71.6岁。全部患者均合并Ⅰ-ⅡA
