为了满足飞机对喷气燃料热安定性的要求,几十年来世界各国都在竟相研制具有更高热安定性的喷气燃料。研究发现,在现有喷气燃料中添加高热安定性添加剂可以大大提高喷气燃料的高热安定性。高热安定性添加剂可以将喷气燃料使用温度提高55℃,而且具有能将使用普通喷气燃料时已生成的沉积物、积炭清洗掉的功能。这种添加剂在具有优异高热特性的同时,其对相关金属材料的相容性是一个亟待研究的问题。本文开展了加有新研制的高热安定性添加剂的喷气燃料与银、铜、钢等金属材料相容性的研究。
In order to meet the aircraft thermal stability requirements for jet fuel, for decades, all countries in the world are actually developing jet fuel with higher thermal stability. The study found that the addition of high thermal stability additives to existing jet fuels can greatly improve the high thermal stability of jet fuel. High thermal stability additives can jet fuel temperature increased 55 ℃, but also with the normal jet fuel can have generated sediment, coke washing function. This additive possesses the outstanding high thermal characteristics at the same time, its compatibility with related metallic materials is a problem to be studied urgently. In this paper, we studied the compatibility of jet fuel with silver, copper, steel and other metal materials with newly developed high thermal stability additives.
