云坤同志的讲话,全面分析了当前形势,深刻阐明了明年经济工作的思路、要求和部署,我们要认真学习领会,切实抓好贯彻落实。今年,我省国民经济保持较快增长,经济运行质量和效益进一步提高,经济工作的各方面都迈出了较大的步子,实现了“十五”计划的良好开局。明年经济工作,而对的国际国内形势发生了深刻变化,我们必须把握大势、冷静应对、趋利避害、争取主动。总的来说,要统一思想认识,全面贯彻明年经济工作的总体要求,认贞抓好重点任务的落实,努力实现经济社会发展的各项目标。下面,根据云坤同志讲话精神,我就明年全省经济工作的重点任务,具体讲儿点意见。
Comrade Yunkun made a comprehensive analysis of the current situation, profoundly elucidated the thinking, requirements and deployment of economic work next year. We must conscientiously study and comprehend and earnestly implement the plan. This year, the national economy of our province maintained its rapid growth, the quality and efficiency of economic operations were further enhanced, and all aspects of economic work took a big stride and achieved a good start in the “10th Five-Year Plan.” Next year’s economic work has undergone profound changes in the international and domestic situation. We must grasp the general trend, deal with it calmly, seek benefits and avoid disadvantages, and take the initiative. To sum up, we must unify our thinking, comprehensively implement the general requirements for economic work next year, recognize the implementation of key tasks, and work hard to achieve the goals of economic and social development. Now, according to the speech of Comrade Yunkun, I will focus on the key tasks of the province’s economic work next year.
