为探索电导率成像技术(Electrical Conductivity Tomography,ECT)在大电阻物的无损检测中的应用,采用动态电导率成像技术对大电阻介质中的小电阻异物进行了图像重建。试验中,采用2.5kΩ的纯净水作为大电阻介质,铜块作为小电阻异物。分别采用16电极用相邻电极激励法进行电流输入与电压采集。实验表明,电导率成像技术可以对大电阻介质水中的小电阻异物铜块进行可视化处理,能够定位铜块位置,并能够反映出铜块的大致形状。该研究可为大电阻物的无损检测提供新的方法和思路。
In order to explore the application of Electrical Conductivity Tomography (ECT) in the non-destructive testing of large resistances, dynamic conductivity imaging was used to reconstruct small resistive foreign bodies in large resistance media. Test, the use of 2.5kΩ pure water as a large resistance medium, copper as a small resistance foreign body. 16 electrodes were used adjacent electrode excitation method for current input and voltage acquisition. Experiments show that the conductivity imaging technology can visualize the small resistive foreign matter copper in large resistive medium water, locate the position of the copper block, and reflect the general shape of the copper block. The research can provide new methods and ideas for the non-destructive testing of large resistances.
