目的 :探讨数字X线机在支气管造影中的应用价值。方法 :采用Philips公司的Diagnost93X线机进行30例支气管造影 ,并观察其应用效果。结果 :数字X线机在支气管造影中的应用较传统支气管造影具有显著的优越性 ,其表现为 :①快速连续摄影的采用可以有效降低造影剂的粘稠度 ,从而有利于造影剂的顺利咯出。②观察显示屏上的造影情况可以实时纠正和改进造影过程中的失误 ,更加保证造影质量。③通过调节灰阶和对比度可获得满意的照片质量。④与激光照相 -冲洗机的连接 ,使得胶片的快捷性得到了保证。⑤可以经过DICOM网关与PACS(Picturearchivingandcommunicationsys tem)连接 ,为实现支气管疾病诊断的网络化奠定了设备基础。结论 :数字X线机在支气管造影中的应用 ,是支气管造影中较为理想的检查手段
Objective: To explore the value of digital X-ray machine in bronchography. Methods: Bronchography was performed on 30 Philips Broncos Diagnostic 93X machines and its effect was observed. Results: The application of digital X-ray machine in bronchography has more advantages than traditional bronchography. The performance of digital X-ray machine is as follows: (1) The use of rapid continuous photography can effectively reduce the viscosity of contrast medium, which is favorable to the smoothness of contrast medium Out ② observe the situation on the screen can be corrected in real time and improve the contrast process of mistakes, and more to ensure the quality of imaging. ③ by adjusting the grayscale and contrast can get a satisfactory picture quality. ④ with the laser camera - washing machine connection, making the fast film has been guaranteed. ⑤ Can be connected with PACS (Picture archiving and communications systems) through DICOM gateway, which laid the foundation of equipment for the network diagnosis of bronchial diseases. Conclusion: The application of digital X-ray machine in bronchography is an ideal examination method in bronchography
